AI Agents in PPM Express act as intelligent assistants that automatically analyze your project data, create suggested items, identify potential issues, and highlight important insights for project managers.
AI Agents are divided into three groups, each focusing on a specific aspect of project management:
- Identification agents provide proactive suggestions within the Project sections, creating suggested Risks, Issues, and/or Deliverables.
- Quality Insights agents help maintain data accuracy by identifying missing or incomplete information in project fields and generating cards in the PPM Insights AI section with the results.
- Insights agents focus on project timelines, generating cards in the PPM Insights AI section that show items due today, this week, or overdue.
Below you’ll find detailed descriptions of all available AI Agents.
Identification Agents
These agents analyze your project data and automatically create suggested items directly within the related project sections. Projects cannot be subscribed to the Identification agents; they can only be run manually.
Only internal PPM Express tasks are analyzed by the agents.
The agents also delete outdated suggested items to prevent them from piling up. An item is considered outdated if it was created 14 or more days ago.
The Suggested Risks/Issues/Deliverables can be accepted, rejected, or edited before being added to the main section.

Insights Agents
These agents automatically scan active project elements and create cards in the PPM Insights AI project section, highlighting items that are overdue, due today, or due this week.
When the corresponding cards are generated in the PPM Insights AI project section, you can review the information and create Action Items directly from these cards.
If a card is generated by the agent only once, it will remain available for 7 days before being removed automatically.

These agents focus on the quality and completeness of your project data. They check for missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and create corresponding cards in the PPM Insights AI project section, helping maintain accurate and reliable project records.
When the corresponding cards are generated in the PPM Insights AI project section, you can review the information and create Action Items directly from these cards.
