PPM Express One-Pager Dashboards Pack

The One-Pager Dashboards pack provides a concise yet powerful set of five reports designed for quick insights into core project management entities.

Each report is presented on a single page in portrait layout, focusing on simplicity and fast access to key information without excessive navigation or interactions.

Included Reports:

All dashboards share a unified structure, minimalist design, and straightforward metrics presentation. Filters and visual interactions are intentionally limited, keeping the user experience clear and consistent.

Below is an overview of each dashboard and its key sections. 


Project One-Pager

A comprehensive single-page view of an individual project, designed to summarize schedule, budget, progress, and key issues.

The Portfolio Projects section lists all projects in the current portfolio, either directly or through programs.

The table includes an additional filter that limits the set of projects by the value of Project Stage.

Summarizes key information about a program and its related projects.

Idea Stage Diagram, Idea Financial Metrics, and Idea Resource Metrics are self-descriptive sections summarizing the idea’s lifecycle and feasibility.


Strategic Priority clustered bar chart:

The chart allows you to evaluate how the idea’s Strategic Priorities align with the organization’s Strategic Priorities.

  • Organization’s Strategic Priorities are displayed as grey bars.
  • Idea’s Strategic Priorities are displayed as:
    • Green bars: full alignment
    • Red bars: partial alignment


Risks Section Metrics are self-descriptive:


Resource One-Pager

An analytical summary of an individual resource’s workload, utilization, and assignments.

Resource Summary Metrics:

General information about the resource.


Workload Summary Metrics:

Shows workload data for the selected period (default: previous month). A slicer allows switching between previous, current, and next months.


Assignments Summary Metrics:

The Resource Assignments section displays information about all assignments associated with the resource.

The Assignments by Status chart shows data for entities with a Status field, including Tasks, Key Dates, and Deliverables.


Planning & Utilization Metrics:

The Planning and Utilization section shows the projects where the resource is added to the Resource Plan, or where they have task assignments.

The Planning and Utilization section contains two main visuals: a table and a chart. Both visuals display information about the resource’s workload over three periods: previous, current, and next month.

A slicer in the upper-right corner of the table controls the visibility of its columns.


Calendar Exceptions:

The Calendar visual shows the Resource Calendar Exceptions and Global Calendar Exceptions for three months. The color indicator meanings:

  • Blue cell color – a global calendar exception;
  • Light grey cell color – a resource calendar exception with partial availability;
  • Dark grey cell color - a resource calendar exception with no availability;
  • White cell color – no exception.


How to export the report to PDF or PowerPoint

Before exporting, click the link “Click to make report PDF export ready” in the upper-left corner of the report. This applies the filter for the currently opened entity so that the exported file reflects the latest data.

Next, choose Export to PDF or Export to PowerPoint. In the export pop-up, set the following options:

  • Export with: Current Values
  • Only export current page

Click Export, and a single-page file containing the current report data will be generated.
